Google Search Console showing 0 pages found on sitemap after more than 2 weeks.

Hey all, I've been having some issues with GSC reading my site. I initially submitted my sitemap on dec. 2 and it showed success reading all my products, collections and blogs. I have around 150 pages, and it was showing them all.

Now I click into my sitemap in GSC and it said 0 discovered pages, when I click into that site map it only shows the blog sitemap and says "couldn't fetch". It doesn't show my products or collections at all.

its also showing 247 pages not indexed and 145 pages indexed under pages. Again, I only have 150ish.

It is also only showing 2 HTTPS urls.

Any idea what is going on?
