Hi All,
I have an issue that has been spoken about before but there does not appear to be a fix....
Where I have products with variants that differ in price, I get the error "Product price doesn't match the price on your product landing page".
For example, I have a product with the following variants:
Small: £87.99
Large: £87.99
Complete: £147.99
When looking inside Google Merchant Centre, it shows that the Google feed is showing £87.99 but the landing page is showing £147.99. This causes the entire product to be disapproved and I know we are losing sales because of it.
Google has crawled my site over and over and my sitemaps are all up to date.
I have no other Google feeder apps installed.
I have tried re-ordering the variants and this has not helped.
Please can anyone help?
Thank you.
This is most likely due to structured data or how you designed your website.
Make sure that only 1 product or variant price is visible per page.
Make sure that your structured data shows the price of the specified variant, if you show multiple, make sure the first variant is the correct one.
You can test it here: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results
Thanks - I'm not sure how to fix it - we are using a theme from Out of the Sand Box.
Any other help gratefully received.
Gavin.
