H1 & H2,3 Tags on symmetry theme.

I am looking to add H1,2,3 tags for SEO purposes. It seems that currently the logo is showing as the H1 tag on most pages, and quite a few pages are missing H2 tags in the code. I need help with knowing where & how to put this within the code.
