Halotheme Ella Theme issues

I can't get any help from halotheme - very frustrating! 

My website has several issues, search not working, shopping cart not working. 

I've tried to update the theme but it doesn't move the current design over.

I am having a similar problem where I cant get help from Halo themes. If I am posting this in the wrong thread please provide me with the correct thread that I can add to. Anyway, my problem is that my links on the banners and parallax images don't work at all but the surrounding picture can be clicked and it works.
