Has anyone successfully blocked dark mode from being forced when viewing on certain devices ?

I notice on my android device because I have it on dark mode the color scheme of my site is forced to change.

This can be a real pain with a page of black products and png images......

Has anyone got a way to keep the website always showing its standard color scheme and ignore dark mode settings ?
