Hi all
I'm not sure what happened to my website. Whenever I click on a product, then click the back button on the explorer, the page does not load automatically but I have to click the refresh button. You can checkout my shop to see:

Please kindly help me to resolve this.
Thank you
Lynn

Hello @LynnPhan ,
I've checked it and seen this work is normal.
You can check in my video https://www.loom.com/share/6c83ee495f5c4ffba8f5a9be3ed81c33
Maybe the problem is in the network connection.
You can double-check it.

Hi, @LynnPhan.
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
I've also taken a look at your store (minimalynn.com/en-ca) and I wasn't able to replicate the issue as well. While it is possible that the issue is network-related as suggested by @GemPages, it's also possible that the issue is due to certain apps as well. For example, bundling or upselling apps can often cause these types of problems when the application isn't installed properly, so reviewing any recently installed apps could be a good starting point to troubleshoot the issue. On that note, I'm delighted to hear that the issue has been resolved now. Were you able to pinpoint what might have been causing the issue?
That being said, I think you have a good amount of categories in the header menu to account for your products (~100 or so) and that really helps with navigation on your store. However, the 6 categories of collections in the middle of the homepage feels somewhat underwhelming as they're not helping you showcase any of the products. If I was a first time customer, then there should be something to capture my attention the moment I land on the page - this is why online stores strategically showcase top sellers or new arrivals on the homepage to attract new and returning customers. In addition, you should also consider showcasing individual products too as they can be more effective for presenting gift ideas to your customers and you can frequently swap the products for special occasions (eg. seasonal, holidays). I'd definitely recommend exploring the other sections (eg. Featured product, Image with text overlay, etc.) offered by your theme and find a way to add more content effectively to your homepage since it also looks like you're using a third-party theme as well.
Some merchants find that removing the "Powered by Shopify" message from the footer helps make their website look more professional, would this be something that interests you? Also, do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

Hi Elias
Thank you for your support!
Yes I have checked my website and it works normally now. I think @GemPages was right, it might be due to my network, but my website speed is also slow - it loads very slow...
Your advices about the categories are very helpful - I will refer to other website and revise mine :).
No, I have not had a marketing plan yet at this moment. If you have any idea/advice, it's much appreciated!
Thanks
Lynn
Hi, @LynnPhan.
Thank you for following up!
If you find that your website is loading very slowly, then there are some factors that you can control for improving your online store speed. However, one of the more common factors is having too many apps installed, so we'd recommend only using the apps that you need to run your business. On that note, it also looks like you're using a third-party theme that is loading very high quality images, which seems to be causing most of the delays. If you want to check whether your website speed is being impacted by your theme, then we'd recommend testing with one of our free themes.
Our guide on developing a marketing plan can help with you in with planning for marketing and you can explore all the marketing tools available on our platform. If you'd like more hands-on help with marketing, then you can also consider hiring a marketing expert for your store. If you need help finding an expert for your store, then we'd recommend taking a look at our directory of certified developers on Shopify Experts.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to let me know!
