I think I’ve been scammed. It’s been 30 days since I've ordered the product, they have blocked their email account and their website is deleted or banned. What can i do about this?

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. If you have made a purchase from an online store and did not receive your order, it would be best to speak with the business in question by locating the Contact Us option on the website. Typically, the Contact Us link will be displayed towards the footer of the store.
In the case that you are unable to get in touch with the business that you made a purchase from, I highly suggest that you speak with your bank or credit card company and bring this to their attention. They will have additional processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the purchase.
