Having "Skip to content" issue with my live website

I am having an issue with our website https://melasta.net/. It shows a "skip to content" rather than content. 
Yesterday, I added a google HTML tag to connect with google console, and I have reverted to the regional theme. liquid file. The issue still exists. Kindly review the site and suggest changes. Thank you 

Secondly, When I open this website in China, we see this issue, and if we use VPN and connect to other regions, we can open it smoothly.

I could not see any "Skip to content" button.

Although if the person is using keyboard navigation only, or using the accessibility features, then the Skip to Content will be shown. Which is expected behavior. So I'm not sure what's wrong here.
