Header gap need help fix - pagefly

Hi,

I need help regarding the placement of header.

So basically, I am trying to use PageFly and the live page can't show the header, I have managed to make it visible but there's a gap within the header. Can someone help me to make it look like the default theme but also show on pagefly, thanks.

This is what I want it to look like: 

and after I tried editing the code, there's still a gap and missing color on the cart & search bar:

Any help would be appreciated.

And I have also talked with the pagefly support, and they told me that I need to ask the theme developer as it is lock by the inner code and I am not sure where to look at or edit. As pagefly do not edit any of those header.
