Header Image size for dawn theme not working

Hi! I have been trying for DAYS to get my header logo to work on the Dawn theme. No matter what I do, it shows up way too small. I have tried every single measurement in the book and its still showing up this way. It's getting extremely frustrating and nowhere online have I found an exact answer. Can someone please help me? I included a screenshot below. I would hate to switch to a different theme but if this won't get fixed, I guess I'll have to.
