Header logo inverts when scrolled on desktop but not on mobile. How can I fix this?

I made it so that my header logo inverts when the user scrolls down. This doesn't work on mobile. Instead, it stays inverted. How can I fix this? I am using the Dawn theme and my website is seeninhollywood.com

It works on my side. Please try to clear the browser cache of your mobile device to check.

Sorry, it wasn't published. It is now though. It either stays white or black but it doesn't change when scrolled.

Is this on an actual mobile device or is this a mobile preview on desktop? For me, it still doesn't work.

I already checked on my iPhone, and it worked fine as well.

It starts as white but turns black when scrolled? Maybe it's just an issue with my device.
