header menu isn't working properly when hovering over an item

The menu on a website that I'm working on was working propfine yesterday. but when I sarted working today it stopped working. The menu item that has a dropdown doesn't show the items instead it show the header again.

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and paste the code above the </head>
