Header not rendering properly

The header of my shopify store is not rendering properly specially in the mobile view.It is working fine sometimes and sometimes it is giving an issue. When i try to find the .section-header in the console log it provides null. When it not giving an issue it returns the element in the console log.

I do not know if it is a conflicting script, a CSS problem or javascript is running before the DOM is loaded. 

Can someone please help me with this. I am also using gempages as a page builder.
