How to make Header set on a banner for the homepage on dawn theme that only effect on home page and not any other page

Step 1. Go to Admin -> Online store -> Theme > Edit code

Step 2. Find the file theme.liquid.

Step 3. Add this code above </body>

   .header-wrapper {
      z-index: 100!important;
      position: absolute!important;
      width: 100%!important;
      background: transparent!important;
      border-bottom: none!important
   }
</style>
{% endif %}
