Help change Header Shadow to a Border Line?

I have a vertical header using the flex theme.
I want to remove the grey Shadow, and replace it with the same black border line I'm using in my footer.
I have a custom CSS section in my theme editor, so I feel like I should be able to just enter something in there, but can't figure out what works.

Any tips would be much appreciated.
