[Help]Explain the data fields in the CSV file when exporting an order

Hello everyone, can a Shopify admin explain to me why the CSV file of an order in Shopify shows data for 3 products in one order, but columns D, E,...O in rows 27, 28 are empty? Is it because Shopify considers those rows as duplicates of the columns in row 26? In Shoppe's data, an order with 3 products still fills out all the columns. Please help clarify this for me.
