Help; Free shopify images will not load, its been 6 months

The free images provided by shopify will not load past the initial search. I've brought it up to shopify support and they told me they wouldn't refund me for not being able to use my site due to this error even though it was a technical error they are aware of....its been 6 months... has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it ?
