HELP!! IMAGES ON MY WEBSITE NOT SHOWING

Hi! the images on my website are not showing, all of a sudden. It was all working fine just yesterday and I didn't touch anything. Please I need help, my slider images are also not showing, same with my thumbnails and product images. My website is https://fankers.pe

Thank you for the link to your store. I was able to replicate this issue on my end as well. From what I can see, the images are there but the frames for them seem to be hidden behind the product title. 

Have you made any adjustments to the content on the collections list, text size, text position, title position, etc? 

Do you use any apps that alter the product listing on the collection page? Example: The heart, the sale/discount badges, or the banner for the collection list above the product cards.

Are you seeing this same issue inside the theme editor in your admin?

If you or any of your staff members did not make any changes to the theme code or install any new apps within 24 hours of this problem occuring, then it is most likely related to an app you have installed that alters something on that page or those elements.

Hi! @Shay  thanks for replying. I didn't do anything new yesterday or today, but I did install a whatsapp chat widget from SeedGrow like 4 or 5 days ago. Could that be the reason? 
Yes I do see the same error inside the theme editor in the admin section. 
Also, the problem is not only happening with Product Images, the slider images are also not showing. 
I would really appreciate some help here! Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the update!

Since my last reply we have issued a support notice that certain third party themes are having issues loading images and other assets. This is most likely related to what you are experiencing. You can follow updates on this on our status page here: https://www.shopifystatus.com. Our developers are working on resolving this and should have a fix rolled out soon!

Hi! @Shay thank you. I've deleted the widget but images (thumbnails, products, slider, etc) are still not showing. Shouldn't all be back if the widget was the problem?

Shopify have messed something up and told us it's resolved I imagine many sites are losing thousands as we speak and they're telling us itsall fine

As of this morning this issue should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing problems with your images or assets not loading properly, please clear your browser cache and cookies and reach out to our live support to report it.

I am experiencing the same issue all of sudden my website has stopped showing the images, I tested the same theme of issue store on my other store and it worked perfect there, but on my original store where the theme belongs does Not load properly and none of the images are loading from past 24 hours. There is nothing wrong with my theme as the theme downloaded and uploaded on another store as it is, works perfect. 

The shopify support keeps on claiming that everything is alright at their end, where as it is NOT! - the shopify status page also shows No sign of outage of anything - but my store does Not load properly ! - please help - my store url: www.blingspot.pk

Hi Shay. I am also having this same issue. It started without any changes to my site. Maybe some kind of update? Do you mind helping me take a look at a product?

You can see the alternate images for products are unclickable and hover over the main image. The weird thing is that when I look in the theme editor, everything looks normal. 

Any suggestions?

Thank you for the product link. I took a look and everything appears to be working as expected. I was able to select and view the alternate product images and the magnify feature worked for me also. I recommend doing some local troubleshooting to see if this continues to happen across multiple devices or browsers. 

Clearing your cache and cookies and trying in incognito mode are always the first steps to troubleshooting something like this.
