HELP: Need help with aunthetication

My phone broke down and Im unable to access the authenticator app. Reformated my PC a few months ago and the backup codes was erased. 
I tried the chat bot and was going to either reset password or email support for help and I can't find an email to send to.

Hi @Azdeen

Just wonder what kind of authenticator app you are using on your broken phone. If it is Google Authenticator, you can login Google account on another new phone and find the codes back, as they are saved in the account directly.

If you need to send email to Shopify for further support, you can try to send email to support@shopify.com and explain clearly your current situation. You shall receive their feedback then after waiting for some time.
