Shopify is killing me! I cannot upload images without damaging them! What's oging on there?
Why there is no solution for this? I contacted 7 DEVs, no one was able to help because of your awesome compression!! They say automatic compression CANNOT be turn off, and that means NO other solution!
My images looks like total sh$t! I paid for premium mockups, I paid graphic designer to make 25 color variants out of these mockups, and now what?
I have to find ANOTHER mockups because these sucks on DARK variants! - they all get pixelated and make them LOOK FAKE!
This is something Shopify didn't address yet and I'm struggle to comprehend this...
HERE is the image before I upload to Shopify, looks awesome -
HERE Is AFTER upload (Total sh!t, pure garbage, pixelated crap) - https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0839/7461/9471/files/Black_faa05844-a80d-4495-94cc-f009395317b2.pn...
I use Canva (Does it matter? 2025 x 2025 px resolution, PNG)
Now, here is the site with mockups that even darker variants not showing any issue of pixelation as mine, AND kicker is that they use 840 x 840 resolution and JPG format!! -
Can you explain me this?
So what can you finally do about this? I'm struggling with this already 2 weeks!
