HELP!!Visitors not tracked or weird country visitors

Hello, 

I am experiencing a problem with my shopify page. It does not track any visitors and if I get 1-2 visitors they are from Korea or United States ( this is not my target customer group). And they never appear on live view either, I just see them on the Sessions category. 

Is anyone experiencing the same problem? It has been over a month now. I contacted Shopify twice and they were not helpful at all!
