About half a year ago, I was blocked for aup, then I started creating a store for the first time, but I followed the rules before I had time to start selling. Now I decided to create my own store again, but I was blocked again, I realized that this was due to the first blocking. I don't quite agree with the verdict, can I ask for a normal appeal or ask to be unbanned for a probationary period, I just really need this platform. I have already written on the form that came to the mail, but not knowing that this appeal was just I wrote questions there as to the support service, now I can't write again, what should I do? Please help

Hi @Ignat13. Thank you for reaching out to the Shopify Community. 

 

You can respond to the email you received from our team about your store closure. Explain to them that you submitted your questions in the appeal instead of providing the information asked and that you would like to resubmit your appeal. If you do have questions about the closure of your store you can write them directly in the email and the team handling it will get that information and respond accordingly.
