Help with Pre-Orders and size chart

I have tried to add the following thing to my store, but could not do it.

  

I want to get the little green and yellow dots in the size boxes and the description for the dots that is above the price (see pictures).

Help would be much appreciated!

The picture is from a different store. Im trying to implement it to my store 🙂
