Hidden Blog post preview

So I am trying to preview a hidden blog post for my client's approval which I did not have a problem before but now for some reason it just loads and doesnt preview. It only allows me to preview it when I publish it..  I have tried to preview it on multiple browsers but it's not working..

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

I'd recommend trying to preview the post when logged in via an Incognito or private window to see if this is browser-related as this may well be the case. If you're unable to preview the post when doing this, please contact our support team so we can authenticate you on your account
