Hiding product form field based on variant selection

Hello everyone,

I managed to figure out how to manually add form fields to my products (the last one listed here)

and for my next challenge I'd like to figure out how to hide that field based on what is selected on the "Name cards" field, if the customer selects Printed, I'd like the text field shown, and if Blank is chosen for it to be hidden.

I've been at it for a few days and I'm at a loss how to approach the issue.

I would love some guidance and I'm also willing to pay someone to help me achieve that.
