hover effect (second picture view ) I have on home page in featured product section but I have not idea how to change code on my subcategory page in multicolumn .

Per column in Multiple column has only one image, if you want the same feature in featured product, it requires to customize multiple column liquid code

So , it means to keep a hover effect I need use feature product instead multicolumn on subcategory page . But thing is feature product has only one column . I need four column in the row . Could You help me with this please?
