I have a B2B customer with multiple locations. Their store account has a address for each of their locations. Each store has its own credit card and address. Currently, the customer-facing side of Shopify is telling them that they have "tried adding a card too many times. You can complete your purchase with a different payment method." The site is also only pulling up a few of the addresses they have associated with their account.
Is there a way that our customer can maintain multiple "profiles" under a single email ID? Any solution or work around would be extremely helpful. This is time sensitive issue!
