How can customer accounts be linked to a web app?

Hey guys I’m trying to find out if there is a way to make it so when a customer makes an account on my shopify site it automatically exports it to my web app and if someone makes an account on the web app it automatically exports it to my shopify site. I tried to contact support to ask but I can’t find a way to open a ticket
