Hi

 

I have a Shopify store which i deactivated a few months ago due to problems with suppliers. i have now secured a reputable supplier for the products i want to sell, but when i tried to log into my account, i received a message saying that my store has been inactive for more than 3 months, and that i need to enter a pin that will be emailed to the email address listed on the profile. Unfortunately that email box is no longer in existance, so there is no way for me to receive the pin. how else can i get access to my shopify store?

Hi @Eug,

 

If you no longer have access to the email address listed on the account, you will need to reach out to our support team who can then send your ticket to our accounts department for review. They will be back in touch with you with next steps on how you can regain access to the account.

 

Please head to the Shopify Help Center to get in touch. You can select the "I don't have an account" option as you cannot log in, and then you can choose "Account" and "Logging in" as your topic and subtopic. On the next page you will then see options to contact us via live chat or email.
