Hello, according to the shopify support centre I can get already written policies for me for free, but when I go to settings then to policies there is no create from template button. Can someone help me get to get the generated policies?

Is your checkout language set to a language other than English? If so, that would be the reason why you're not seeing the Create from template buttons in your Policies page. At the moment only stores with the checkout language set to English have the option to generate policy templates. In this case, you can opt to generate policies using our free policy generator instead and manually translate them to your checkout language.
I'd love to suggest adding the built-in template generator in your language to our platform development team. What language is your checkout or store in?

At the bottom of almost* each policies rich text editior there should be either a button for "create from template" or "replace with template" if there is text. The shipping policy may Just have a placeholder when all products are digital?.

If you do not see this in the admin your desktop browser try a different browser , an incognito browser mode, or full clear your browsers cache.
