How can I add a custom page with a JavaScript calculator to my online store?

Hi,

I want to add a new page to my shopify website. the new page will present a simple javascript calculator app that present some calculation based on user input. Something like this: https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/decimal-to-hex.html

The user should be able to access to this page by clicking the tab on the navigation bar on the shopify homepage. The page should have the same web domain as the shopify page. The page should have the same theme as the other shpify pages.

Is this possible? How should I do it? Thank you.
