How can I add a custom waterproofing option button under boots products?

I wanna add a button under all Boots products asking clients whether they want their boots waterproofed or not? and if they want it waterproofed they'll be an additional cost.

How can i do it? I have a dawn theme.

Hello, unfortunately it's not a free app. I must add prices on this button as it's an extra service, the app asks for a plan to let me put prices. I cannot afford it for now.

Any other solution adding a button with price? even if there's a coding?
