How can I add a line under titles in the Dawn theme?

Hi! I'm using the Dawn theme, my URL is commondose.mx and i want to add the line under the featured list title, and the collection list title, can someone help me? Thank you in advance!! 

Should look like this: the first and third the line should be under the title, and the second one should be next to it 🙂

Go to Assets > base.css and paste this at the bottom of the file:
