How can I add a new page without duplicating existing ones?

When I select to Add a Page from the Sales Channel>Online Store>Pages section, I am prompted, in the bottom right, in the Online Store section, to select a Theme Template from a drop down menu.

I am give 2 choices from this menu: Default Page and Contact.

The problem is, if I select either of those options, it just duplicates an existing page on my site.

The "Default Page" selection is already being used for another page on my site called "Who's it for"?, and the "contact" selection is used for a page called "About Us".

What do I do in order to add a new page? Thanks in advance.
