How can I add a personalisation box to my studio template website?

Hi I’m building a new website and I’m using the “studio” template which seems to use .json in the coding. I need to add a personalisation box to my products but I can’t find any codes online that are compatible (or pull the information though to checkout) can anyone please help? Thank you
