How can I add a personalisation option to my online store?

Hey everyone.

First time here, so I hope someone could help me.

I`m building my own shop at shopify and I wanted to find out how I can add personalisation option. I`m making keyrings with names and I would like that my customer can add name before ordering.

And second personalisation problem I have - I`m also designing T-shirts with pet faces and I need picture from customer. Is there any option I can chat with customer or there is just e-mail option?

I`m really struggling with making my shop as it is, so please - no coding solutions, I`m not that "bright". 🙂

We use Infinite Options app.  All our products are personalised.  Works fine and it's easy.
