How can I add a price option range to product variants?

I currently am trying to sell nails that come with the option of choosing a size (xs,s,m,l) and shape (long square, short square, short almond, long almond,etc) but I want to give people the option to choose the price so that it will affect the overall price when they select it. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I want to give a price option range of 25-50 without having to do it myself in the price variants, it would literally take me all day to do so. I attached a picture example of a site that has achieved this so that you can see what I mean.

This is only possible and fast when you do it with variants. It is the best solution.
Also you can install apps about metafields, but it will be complicated and may be charged.
