How can I add a product to a cart from a third-party app using variant ID?

I have a website from which I'm making a request to add a product to a Shopify cart using the variant ID of the created product in the Shopify store. The request looks like a selection (https://mystore.myshopify.com/cart/add/36110175633573)
If you enter this link in the address bar, then everything will work. But it doesn't work from my app.

I did not find in the documentation how to make a request to add a product to the cart from a third-party application
