Hi there, I am looking to see how I can add in the Shopping Cart logo to my website (top right hand corner) to be present at all times on my site i.e when someone adds a product to cart, the '1' symbol will appear that they added 1x item to cart. I know it's a simple ask, but I am new to all of this!
Basically, I hired a web developer a year ago to help launch my site (he refined the theme from a pre-existing Shopify theme) and removed this code. He then went MIA (and only did half the job of building my site). Life got in the way, and I delayed launching my site until now - which means he probably won't respond to me if I reach out.
As I am not a coder, your help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried to understand the coding requirements to add this in, but have got lost in the process. Appreciate anyone's guidance here where possible!
Thanks,
Laura

They obliterated the code, but you can revert your header.liquid file to the original version to take the cart icon back.
