How can I add a size chart button to the Craft theme?

I followed this tutorial to the letter https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/themes-by-shopify/vintage-themes/customizing-...

and now stuck on the "Add a Size chart button". 

I am using Craft theme and it does not have product-template.liquid nor product.liquid. 

The most "similar" file I think this might be referring to is main-product.liquid in Sections but I can't find the Add to cart button in the code. 

Any ideas how to apply this tutorial to the Craft theme?

For the Craff theme, this popup block is already available., I’d like to suggest this idea:
Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Customize theme

Step 2: Product page->/Product infomation -> Add this block
