How can I add a title to a jot form link on my page?

Hello! I have added a link to a jot form on one of my pages. Even though it asks for the Link Title it doesn’t displace that way in my description box. Is there a way to add a title to that link so it looks cleaner than having the long url?

Do you mind elaborating the question? You can use a title attribute to the link so when the customer hover, they know what that link for. See the reference code below
