How can I add a widget next to the product title on my product page?

Hi There, I am looking to add a small piece of code to the product liquid template (or product form?).

I have already embed the script code in the liquid template before "</body>. I now just need to place another one line of HTML code to make the tiny widget show beside the Product Title on the product page. Please see the mock up illustration attached with the small black butterfly mark seal. 

Can anyone show me how to do this properly?
