How can I add an 'impulse buy' feature to my online cart?

Does anyone know of a way to have a "impulse buy" add-on in the shopping cart? I'm not sure if its a feature or an app. Our store would like to have customers add-on or see a product while checking out. In my search I haven't found anything that does this.

Hi @Optix, you can customize your cart page and add links to featured collections or products, or add your own custom section with product details. You can do this in your theme editor under Online Store > Themes.
