How can I add an outline and properly size images on my store's home page?

Hi I want to add Outline to my store's Home page ....And the logo picture on the home page is not properly sized toh can you tell me how to do that ...And last ques on products page when i am checking the speed On page speed optimizer its showing Same problem like image are not sized properly what i can do.... my store url is www.daggerduds. in...
