How Can I Add Custom Field On The Checkout Page?

We have our conference website hosted on Shopify, and during the checkout process, we require additional attendee information that Shopify's checkout form doesn't include.

This information includes Registration Name, Company Name, Title, Address, Phone Number, Email, etc. Do you have any recommendations for how we can seamlessly gather this information within the checkout process? Is there a way to do this through Shopify or one of the Apps?
