How can I add images to specific pages without using banners or text?

Hi community,

I'm looking on some advice on how to images to certain pages outside of using image banner or image with text.

Essentially, to give my solution some character I would like to add in the following area 

The FAQs is a page header with a block below for collapsible rows. Is this something I would need to use custom css, liquid or an app for? I'm currently using the dawn theme.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and many thanks!
