How can I add page tabs in Shella theme without a purchase code?

hi im stuck with shella, i am trying to add page tabs to break down the text wall into sections. but i am stuck. can anyone help or give me a way to contact shella support with out my purchase code. ive tried to access this a but cant find it anywhere. watched so many videos and im just not that skilled with website stuff. 

i have set the tabs up but im stuck as to if i need to create a page variety for every single item or if i can create a template that changes per item on its own.
