How can I adjust the Page Options section height in Testament theme

Hi, I am wondering if there is a code I can add in the custom css to lower the height of the Page Options section in the Testament theme?  It is where the page title is shown.   I feel it looks like there is too much white space on mobile.  Thank you in advance to anyone that offers help.
