Dear Shopify,
I am writing to appeal the recent closure of my Shopify store. I believe this closure was done in error, as I have not violated any of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policies to my knowledge. My name is Jack Patersonal. I had recently updated my payment information to continue paying for my Shopify subscription plan when I discovered my store had been unexpectedly closed.
I am unsure why my store was considered in violation of your policies.
My store sold Dropshipping Products and operated without issue since I opened it on 01/17/2024. I would greatly appreciate if you could please review my account again. My store on your platform is important to me and I would like the opportunity to remedy any issues to continue selling.
Please let me know if any additional information is needed from me. I am happy to cooperate to show I have not violated any rules that would warrant my account closure. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing back from you.

For the error message you are seeing, please try to open the link in a private/incognito browser window or in a different browser. While we recommend Chrome you can also try Firefox or Opera. The submission page generated is unique to your store, so there isn't a specific page I can access or troubleshoot myself. If for any reason you are not able to submit this form, even after trying alternate browsers or devices, please instead email legal@shopify.com with the details of your business and the situation as well as the error message you are seeing. I would also contact our authenticated support team to report this error and see if we can escalate this review request internally for you.
