How can I assign a language tag to a draft order for email correspondence?

Is there a way that I could give a language tag to a draft order, so that the email gets sent in that language? And also then all following order emails? 

I have a lot of times that my consultants create draft orders. The default language is English, but I would need to send in Spanish, French, German and Dutch.

Any tips would be welcome.

Hi Hein, do you have a way to do it? I failed with many ways.

No I haven't found a way to do it. There are still many ways in which Woocommerce is better and easier adjustable than Shopify unfortunately. And they don't seem to care about simple innovations that users are asking for.
